This exposition, which represents our solar system, takes part in the city of Liverpool between 14th of October and 6th of November. The trail is about 8 km and starts on Church Street where is situated the Sun and finishes in Otterspool where Pluto is the last stop.

On the dock are Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. In the city centre, near church street, it’s the Sun, followed by Mercure, Venus, the Moon and Earth. After The Dock, on the way to Festival Gardens, it’s located Uranius, Neptune and at the end of the path is Pluto.

All the planets are separated by the distance between them, but in Liverpool streets all of these kilometres are only between 0’5km and 2’6km.

The solar trail is open every day, Monday to Sunday. You can walk wherever you want, but for a better experience there are ‘trail guardians’ who are working from 9am to 7pm. Also, you can do this activity by bike.

To be focus on the path, you can download the app ‘Our Place in Space’ via Apple Store or Google Play.
