Luxury spa opened in the Baltic Triangle

The Parliament Square is the first ''Tower'' in the area.

The building was finished this year. It hosts more than 500 apartments, a public park plaza, commercial space and a rooftop spa.

It is set up by Legacie Developments. Chief Executive Officer of the company, John Morley, said this to the Liverpool Echo:

"I'm sitting here looking at what we've built. It was just a piece of grass and now you have the full view of the city."

Unfortunately for the ones that are not living in the tower, the spa is for residents only.
