Rudy's Pizza open a new restaurant at the Dock

The Italian restaurant open a new branch on the Dock. There are two in Liverpool apart from this, one in Bold Street and the other one in Castle Street. This new restaurant was opened two days ago.

Rudy's Pizza is an authentic Italian restaurant where you can find all kinds of pizza with the classic Neapolitan recipe. There, you can eat some different pizzas, as for example margherita, marinara or calabrese, typical from Naples.

Everything is made in a traditional way like the dough from the pizzas that ferments for 24 hours. Also, they use the best ingredients; tomatoes are from San Marzano, they grow near Mont Vesuvius, close to Naples too and the mozzarella is from Fior di latte, a typical Italian cheese.

The first Ruddy's pizzeria was at Ancoats, a neighbourhood in Manchester. This restaurant was very successful and they decided to spread form other UK cities, like Liverpool, Leeds and Sheffield. They also opened restaurants in Birmingham and London.

Ruddy's Albert Dock is open seven days a week from 12pm until 8pm.
